June Bartlett went to her eternal home Wednesday night to be with her Lord Jesus Christ. June and Terry were married in June for forty-four years and had two wonderful daughters, Tonja and Tamra both born in the month of June. She and Terry had truly become one in marriage and did also everything together. You would rarely see one without the other, they were truly soul mates. Her girls, son-in-law’s Bruce and Charlie, and six wonderful grandsons Sterling, State, Jud, Law, Case and KoJo, along with Terry and her family including her Church family were the love of her life. June saw the best in everyone and prayed often for her family and everyone else she knew. She was a prayer warrior. She loved to go on walks where she prayed for others. The first time Terry walked with her he noticed she was walking all over the road from one side to the other. He realized she was praying and walking with her eyes closed. He immediately told her it was okay to pray with her eyes open and expressed if she didn’t, she might fall into a ditch and get hurt. She was the Sweetheart of Terry’s life and affectionately called Ninja or Ninny by her family. She loved doing things with her immediate family and Church family. She would always stop and take time for others never meeting a stranger. June was an encourager to those she knew and always saw the best in them. Amazingly the last few years she kept her focus on others and her faith stayed strong while at the same time her health was a challenge to her. She did not like being a bother to anyone. Her love for others and beautiful smile will be missed. June will rest from her labors now enjoying being with her Savior, her dad, Marvin Sanders, her sister, Janice Lynn, grandparents, many other relatives, and friends who are there whom she never forgot and spoke of often. June just had a way of making others feel special. Others were always her focus and was always trying to make them feel important and special. She is in her beautiful mansion in Heaven now awaiting the arrival of all her family and friends who have trusted Christ as Savior.
