Kathi Johnson

Kathi-Lynn Johnson, 73, of Kenedy, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in Victoria. Kathi-Lynn was born in Conroe, Texas to Rev. John R. and Esther Jo Johnson on September 11, 1952. She received her BA in Education and worked as a Teacher in Pettus Texas for many years.

Kathi-Lynn is preceded in death by her father, Rev. John R. Johnson, and survived by her mother, Esther Jo Pate Johnson, sister and brother-in law, Karen and Keith Brown, niece, Elizabeth Brown, and cousins, Anna Bates, Sheryl Feuge, Bernadette and Michelle Pate. Kathi-Lynn also leaves behind numerous extended family and friends, all of whom will cherish her memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that Memorial Donations in her honor be given to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital or Texas Classroom Teachers Association.
