Survivors include her daughter, Tonya Wilson; sons, Brian (Carol) Dippel, Jamie (Lisa) Dippel all of Victoria; sister and brother-in-law, Drs. Sue and Bob Pannell of Boerne and five grandchildren, Aleacia Dippel, Mitchel Wilson, Kaitlyn Dippel, Lauryn Dippel, Izaiah Perez. Katie is also survived by her “second family” at Walden’s Store.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dippel is preceded in death by her husband, Jay Dee Dippel in 2001 and a son, Jeffery Dippel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6, 2013 from 6-7 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be 10 AM on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with Rev. Carl Schneider officiating. Interment will follow in La Rosa Cemetery in Woodsboro, TX.
