Laura “Jean” Webb, 64, of Victoria, Texas, passed away on December 23, 2025, in Victoria, Texas. She was born on October 6, 1961, in Houston, Texas and was a part of the 1979 class at Bellaire High School.
Jean was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who found her greatest joy in caring for her family. She had a deep love for cooking and sharing meals with those she loved. Known for her compassionate and caring nature, Jean would always help anyone in need, no matter the circumstance. Her kindness and selflessness touched all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Martin Webb; her son, Matthew Bernard; her grandson, Aiden Reichstein, and her brother, Wayne Weir; Debbie and John Parsons (Aunt and Uncle); Aunt Hilda Parsons (Aunt), and many friends, family, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James Gifford and Alma Orinda Parsons, David Parsons (Uncle), and parents, Mary Ann Weir and Walter Weir.
Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 1-2 PM with a Celebration of Life to begin at 2 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel, located at 3304 E. Mockingbird Ln, Victoria, Texas 77904.
Laura will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her loving heart, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family.
