Linda Ann Reitberger, age 78, passed away April 4, 2019. She was born August 28, 1940, in Shadyside, Ohio, to the late Donald and Estella Simpson Forsythe. Linda attended Ohio University and earned her teaching certificate. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Reitberger; son, David J. Reitberger; sisters Justine Forsythe and Betsy Forsythe Trevino. She is survived by her son and daughter, six grandchildren and five great granchildren. Son, Andrew Reitberger and husband, Edward, of Houston; daughter, Joanna Hemphill and husband, David of Katy; grandchildren, Kathryn McDonough and husband, William; Eric Brown, Kyle Reitberger, Allison, Joseph and Emily Hemphill; great-grandchildren Alex, Ethan and Lillian Smith, Harley and Liam McDonough.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2019, from 6-8 p.m. at Rosewood Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorial services will follow at 11 a.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dan Fultz officiating.

Donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas, 605 E. Locust Avenue, Victoria, Texas, 77901.
