With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of Lori Lopez, a beloved mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and friend. Lori was a woman whose love for her family was at the center of her life. She created countless memories filled with love, laughter, and togetherness that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Above all, Lori was a wonderful mother who loved her children deeply. She was someone whose love, care, and presence helped make her family feel special and cherished. The bond she shared with her children was precious, and the memories they created together will forever be treasured.
As a grandmother, Lori had a special place in her heart for each of her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with them, sharing laughter, and making ordinary moments unforgettable. Whether she was watching SpongeBob SquarePants with them or simply enjoying their company, those little moments meant so much. Her grandchildren brought her joy, and the love she gave them will continue to live on through their memories of her.
As a wife, Lori shared a life and family with her beloved husband, Luciano Lopez Jr. Together, they built a family whose love and connection will remain part of her lasting legacy. She was an important part of the family they shared, and her love will continue to be felt for generations to come.
Lori found happiness in the simple things in life, especially when they involved the people she loved most. She enjoyed shopping and going out to lunch with her daughter, Lorena Garcia. Those outings were more than just a chance to shop or enjoy a meal; they were opportunities to spend quality time together, talk, laugh, and make memories that Lorena will always hold close to her heart.
She loved family time, especially gathering together for a good barbecue. Those moments brought everyone closer, creating a feeling of warmth, comfort, and togetherness that made family gatherings so meaningful.
Lori also enjoyed taking trips to the beach, where she could relax and appreciate time away with her loved ones. She liked going for walks at the track, enjoying the time to get outside and take in the moment. And some of her sweetest memories were made right at home, watching SpongeBob SquarePants alongside her grandchildren and sharing in their happiness.
These simple joys tell the story of a woman who treasured time with her family. It was never just about where she went or what she did, but about the people beside her and the memories they made together.
Lori is survived by her beloved husband, Luciano Lopez Jr.; her mother, Cruz Guidry; her daughters, Lorena Garcia and Lindsay Lopez, and her sons, Lorenzo Lopez, Luciano Lopez III, and Leonard Lopez. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: Evangeline Garcia, Elena Garcia, Julianna Lopez, Ariella Marin, Jossiah Marin, Braedon Lopez, Aubree Lopez, Ayla Lopez, Natalie Lopez, Lyn’naya Lopez, Luciano Lopez IV, and Zaire Lopez. She is also survived by her sister, Rebecca Gonzales.
Lori was preceded in death by her father, Antonio Gonzales; her brother, Antonio Gonzales Jr.; and her grandson, Zachariah Garcia.
Though Lori is no longer physically present, the love she gave her family will never fade. Her memory will live on in family barbecues, beach trips, shopping outings, lunches shared with her daughter, walks at the track, and the laughter of her grandchildren watching their favorite show.
Her family will carry her love with them through every season of life. The lessons she shared, the care she gave, and the memories she created will remain a part of them forever.
Lori was a loving mother, a devoted grandmother, a cherished wife, and a treasured member of her family. While her absence leaves a space that can never truly be filled, the love she gave will continue to unite those she leaves behind.
