Madeline Carol Posey, 78, of Victoria, passed away April 14, 2019. Madeline was born May 14, 1940 in Edna, TX to the late Nell Webster Zipp and Carroll Browning. Madeline worked at Victoria Bank &Trust as a new account manager and finished her career at Union Carbide as the record center supervisor. Madeline loved shopping and her red shoes. She loved to cheer on the San Antonio Spurs and was their biggest fan. Her family was her greatest joy and loved all the family get togethers. She adored her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Madeline is survived by her daughters, Donna Frontz of Victoria, Cris Pruitt of Victoria; son, Darryl Rhodes (Sallie) of Goliad; brother, Darwin Browning (Carol) of Kerville; grandchildren, Colton Frontz of Goliad, Tyler Rhodes of Victoria, Amber Rhodes (fiancé, Dustin Willemin) of Victoria; great-granddaughter, Laekyn Grey Frontz and step-sons, Doug Posey (Joye), Kenneth Posey and Les Posey. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Franklin Neil Posey and her beloved Heidi. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 6-7 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services are Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 10 AM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with burial to immediately follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
