Mark was retired from the U.S. Army where he served as a Supply Officer and was also a retired Accountant with the CiviI Service.
Survivors include his son, Timothy A. Burt; sisters, Lucinda Cornish (Barry) and Rebecca Barfield (Tom), all of Victoria; brother, Timothy M. Burt (Maria), of Simi Valley, California.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 30, 2013, 11 am at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Cuero,Texas with the Rev. David Berger officiating.
