Mary Melba Palmer Pringle

Mary “Melba” Pringle, age 89, passed away Monday, November 7, 2011. She was born November 28, 1921 in Hollis, Oklahoma to the late Edward and Mary Palmer. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, David Pringle; sister, Jean Upton; grandchildren, Cindy Davis, Gary Melville, Larry Melville, Sharron Dennis, Kenneth Cartwright, Debi Hollaway, Monica Wissmann, Stacy Lloyd, and Nathan Pringle; and 20 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, O. V. Pringle; daughters, Gaytha Sue Melville and Gayle Cartwright; son, Michael Pringle; sister, Nadyne Harbour; brother, Charles Palmer and granddaughter, Jennifer Davis.

Visitation will be held 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday, November 14, 2011 at Colonial Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Colonial Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Kyle Frers, Matthew Goleman, Gary Melville, Nathan Pringle, and Kenneth Cartwright.

Memorial contributions may be made to Northside Baptist Church Building Fund.
