His accomplishments are too numerous to mention as Mike’s entrepreneurial spirit kept him involved in several successful businesses throughout his life; most notably, his cell phone company, On the Go Communications
Later in life, he cherished treating people to his property in South Texas.
Mike was born on June 6, 1949 in Austin, Texas to Loraine (Graf) Grimsinger and Alvin Frank Grimsinger, Jr. He is survived by his sons, Lee Michael Grimsinger and Jeffrey Frank Grimsinger; his grandchildren Avery, Blake and Fallon, two nieces and a nephew.
In addition to his parents, he was pre-deceased by his sister, Sandra Chetkovich.
Services will be held at 10 am Monday July 20, 2026 at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with burial at the Karnes City Cemetery at 3 pm. Randy Witte will preside.
Pallbearers will be Benny Lyssy, Gus Kroos, Gary Smejkal, Jack Crews, Jimmy Salge, Jason Mares and Cody Rosenquest.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Avery Grimsinger, Fallon Grimsinger, Blake Grimsinger, Tony Bludau, William Finney, Joe Holler, Carlisle Stakes and Gary Middleton
Mike was fond of saying “real men wear pink” and the family asks that you wear something pink of your choosing to his service.
