Milton Fisher

Milton Fisher, 93 of Placedo passed away July 13, 2014. He was born in Bellville, Texas July 10, 1921 to the late Henry and Birdie Spence Fisher. Milton was retired from Gulf Oil Company as a gauger where he worked for 44 yrs. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He served his country in the army in World War II.

He is survived by his daughters Peggy Alicardi Carmen R. (Duke) of Ganado, Billye F. Eilers of Victoria; son Larry W. Fisher (Bishene) of Victoria; grandchildren Larry Fisher II (Jean), Tina Perkins, Ryan Barnett (Nicole), Penny Boepple (Robbie), Lynette Murphy (Jason), Darlene Eilers (Tim)and Sherri Alicardi (Sam); nineteen great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Flossie Pearl Shiller Fisher and granddaughter Holly Stasny.

The family will receive friends Tuesday July 15, 2014 from 6 to 8 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday July 16, 2014 at 10 AM at the Crescent Valley Cemetery. Interment will follow at Crescent Valley Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Larry Fisher II, Ryan Barnett, Robert Charles Maretick, Leonard Linke, Tommy Gilleland and Robert Boepple.
