Milton H. Simon

He was born on October, 8, 1928 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Royal Lee Simon, Sr. and Mary Thelma Blanton Simon. Milton retired from Brown & Root after 32 years of service. He was member of Holy Family Catholic Church and a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his sons, William O. Simon, Robert L. Simon (Breahnna), all of Victoria and Patrick G. Simon, of Portland, Oregon; 3 grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty G. O’ Brien Simon; son, Milton H. Simon, Jr.; brother, Royal Lee Simon, Jr.

A Rosary will be recited 7:00 pm, Thursday, August 28, 2014, at Colonial Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am, Friday, August 29, 2014 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. George Henninger officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be William O. Simon, Robert L. Simon, Patrick G. Simon, Otto Bleier, Daniel Jalufka, Jerry Hajek. Honorary pallbearers will be all members of the Knights of Columbus #9088. Memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church.
