Milton was hard-working, devoted, faithful and honest—qualities that guided his life.
Milton served his country honorably in the United States Air Force, demonstrating strength and dedication to a cause greater than himself. He was a lifetime musician, playing for many years with the Red Ravens as well as various other bands. He shared his music at weddings and other celebrations, even performed on cruise ships. He was playing one of his five guitars until his death, a testament to the steady joy and dedication music brought to his life.
In addition to his years as a musician, Milton worked as an electronic repairman for Hauschild's, J.C. Penny and was the owner of Milton's TV and Appliance, and he also helped the Incarnate Word Sisters with audio visual equipment. His work reflected the same reliability and care that friends and family knew so well.
Milton was married to Anna Fikac Wagner for 66 years, and he taught his children the values of hard work, dedication, and commitment—lessons rooted in the example he set every day.
Milton is survived by his wife, Anna Fikac Wagner; daughter, Mildred Weaver; son, Mitch Wagner and wife Diane; brother, Edmund Wagner and wife Adela; grandchildren, Justin Weaver and wife Paige, Sarah Iraggi and husband Kevin, Ryan Wagner and girlfriend Courtney Mulligan.
