Nick Joseph Bomba, 90 of Victoria, went to be with his Lord and Savior, May 7, 2019. He was born January 28, 1929 in Meyersville, TX to the late Nick and Victoria Wasser Bomba. He is survived by his son Bruce Bomba and wife Patricia of Karnes City, and daughter Lisa Orsak and husband David of Victoria, granddaughters Kristin Bomba of Dallas and Megan Bomba of Tyler; and many nieces and nephew. In addition to his parents, Nick was proceeded in death by his wife of 50 years Janie Payne Bomba, siblings Anne Williford, Dan Bomba, Alois Bomba, Florence Riemenschneider, and Helen Jendrzey. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 5-7 PM with a rosary to be recited at 7 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels located at 3304 Mockingbird Lane, Victoria, TX. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 10, 2019 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Janak officiating. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery with full military honors under the auspices of the Victoria Veterans Council. Special gratitude is extended to Trinity Shores of Port Lavaca, Matagorda Regional Medical Center Senior Care Mental Health of Bay City, Sodalis Memory Care of Victoria, and Hospice of South Texas for their love and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas or donor’s choice. Words of comfort may be shared at www.rosewoodfuneralchapel.com.

Nick Joseph Bomba, 90 of Victoria, went to be with his Lord and Savior, May 7, 2019.
He was born January 28, 1929 in Meyersville, TX to the late Nick and Victoria Wasser Bomba.
