

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sandra Miori Genoway; daughters, Sheila Martinka of Clear Lake, Lisa (Tom) Jewell of Seabrook, and Cindi (Paul) Wheat of Deer Park; and son, Noel Louis (Sandy) Genoway, Jr. of San Antonio. He is also survived by grandchildren, Jordan and Justin Mueller, Victoria Jewell and Crystal Lunsford, and two great grandchildren, Kolby and Kallie.
Noel was a Korean War Veteran and a devoted educator. He was Dean at San Jacinto College in Pasadena prior to his retirement in 1991.
Visitation will be at Rosewood Funeral Chapel on Sunday, August 7, 2011, from 5 to 7 pm followed by a Rosary at 7 pm.
Funeral Mass will be on Monday, August 8, 2011, at 10 am at Our Lady of Victory Cathedral, Msgr. Michael Harrold officiating. Interment with full military honors under the auspices of the Victoria Veterans Council will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Miori, Tim Miori, Kurt Miori, Tom Jewell, Paul Wheat, Jim Miori, Mark Miori, and Sean Easley.
