Nona Lynn Crater, 63, of Victoria, passed away after a long illness on February 4, 2024. Nona was born April 3, 1960, in Oxford, Mississippi to the late Mary Allene Miles and William “Bill” Faust, as the youngest of 10 children. On November 25, 1982, Nona Faust joined Mark Crater in marriage in Oxford, MS. Mark and Nona moved to Cleveland, MS, where she obtained her teaching degree from Delta State University, before moving to Texas in 1988. She loved to garden and enjoyed every minute she spent working outside. She always said the best therapy was digging in the dirt. She always looked forward to those little escapes, where she could laugh and relax with her toes in the sand.
