Ollie Dee Diedering Shannon, age 98, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013. She was born July 12, 1914 to the late Otto and Alma Cauley Diedering, and was one of eleven children. She was a teacher at Mission Valley Elementary School.
Visitation will be held 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, April 12, 2013 at Colonial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Crescent Valley Cemetey.
She is survived by her children, Gerald Shannon and Janell Shannon. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Fain G. Shannon.
