Rebekah Ann Taylor

Rebekah Ann Taylor, 28, of Victoria, passed away serving as a missionary in Africa, December 10, 2013. She was born December 13, 1985 to Susie Ordonez Taylor and the late Westley Q. Taylor of Victoria. Rebekah was employed at Yummy Finds as a waitress. She had a Master Commission Internship which she attended for 2 years and attended Destiny Bible Institute with Faith Family Church and Christ for Nations for 3 years. She was a faithful member of Faith Family Church.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her sisters, Jo Lyn Hilliard and husband, Brian of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Mandy T. Cardenas, Michelle Ma’Ava and husband, Upuia all of Victoria; brother, Westley Taylor, II and wife, Jessica of Victoria.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 18, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Faith Family Church with Rev. Larry Helms officiating. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Westley Taylor II, Upuia Ma’Ava, Mike Cordova, Ryan Akin and Dr. Chris Royal.

Honorary pallbearer will be Rev. Tim Gregory.
