Sharon was a devoted homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a cherished friend whose kindness and love will leave everlasting memories in the hearts of all who knew her.
Sharon treasured spending time with and caring for her family. She was a talented and creative woman who enjoyed crafting, decorating, and making beautiful wreaths and arrangements. Her creativity, warm spirit, and devotion to her loved ones were a special part of who she was and will be lovingly remembered by all.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Edmund Victor “Butch” Eggemeyer; her son, Vance Eggemeyer, and wife, Paula; brother, Ronnie Hamrick; Grandchildren, Randal Eggemeyer (Cheyane), Lacey Bengs (Brent), and Payden Jacob (Macey); Her great-grandchildren, Bonner Bengs and Bennett Bengs. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Geraldine Schlabra, Gloria Koronczok, and Shirley Jenkins; and her brother, Jimmy Hamrick.
A memorial service will be held at Rosewood Funeral Chapel, 3304 E. Mockingbird Ln., on October 5, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., with Brother Brandon Rankin officiating. Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the Regency Event Room at Rosewood.
