Stacy L. Heins, 52, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019. Stacy was born July 17, 1967 in Victoria to George Albert Heins, Jr. and the late Nancy Alex Heins. She was employed by telephone services.

In addition to her father she is survived by her sisters, Susan Morris of Meyersville, Sharon Heil of Victoria and Sheila Heins of Victoria. She is also survive by a cousin, Margaret Goins.

Memorial services will be held at 11 am Monday, October 21, 2019 at Rocky Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Bartlett officiating.
