Timothy John O'Neill passed on June 3, 2026, at the age of 59; he was born on March 13, 1967, in Houston, TX, and was a resident of Victoria, Texas.

Tim worked for TXDOT as a district safety officer.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert G. and Laura Dean O'Neill, and is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Erin Marroquin and Santiago; his nephews, Julian, Joaquin and Joel Marroquin; and his cousins, David and Sandra Dean and Johnny Dean.
