Turney William Crawford, age 87, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 25, 2015. He was born on November 19, 1927 to William Newton and Isabelle Turney Crawford. Turney was a fourth generation Victorian; graduate of Patti Welder High School; loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather; trusted friend; cattle rancher; DuPont operator; and insurance agent.
He married his high school sweetheart, Helen Blodgett, on July 2, 1946 at First Baptist Church of Victoria, where they were active members for many years. Turney and Helen were founding members of Parkway Church and served faithfully there until his passing.

He was co-owner of Victoria Insurance Service and was most recently an account executive at JHC Insurance Agency. He was happiest working with his cattle on the Crawford ranch, established in 1892 by his great grandfather, where he and Helen retired.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Carren Campbell, and her husband, Marc. In addition to his wife of 68 years, Helen, he is survived by his son, Lynn Crawford, and his wife, Kathy, of Sugar Land; his daughter, Susan Campbell, and her husband, Corey, of Victoria; grandchildren, Amy Arnold and her husband, Jack, Cory Campbell, Jenna Taylor and her husband, Richard, Jr., Chris Campbell and his wife, Bethany, and Andrew Campbell; and great grandchildren Richard III and Annabelle Taylor.
