William R. "Bill" Weiss Jr.

William R. “Bill” Weiss, Jr., 81, of Victoria died Tuesday, July 28, 2015. He was born April 16, 1934 in Pflugerville, Texas to William R. Weiss, Sr. and Dora Pfluger Weiss. Bill was a member of Christ the Victor Lutheran Church and retired from Union Carbide after 37 years 8 months.

Survivors include his daughters, Nita Kuehn and husband Al, of Livingston, Debbie Supak and husband Bob of Victoria, and Rachel Scott and husband Ed, of Lake Conroe, Texas; one brother, Lamar Weiss and wife Pat; one sister, Kathryn Dahl and husband Helmer; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Weiss was preceded in death by his wife, Helen R. Weiss.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 3015 from 5:00-6:00 pm at Christ the Victor Lutheran Church with a service to begin at 6:00 pm officiated by Rev. Cheryl Kester-Schmidt.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 500 Immanuel Road, Pflugerville, Texas, with burial to follow at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Rev. Tom Kesselring and Rev. Cheryl Kester-Schmidt officiating.
