

Willman Ray “Bill” Diedering, 94 of Victoria passed away May 23, 2010. He was born in Hutto, Texas September 28, 1915 to the late Otto and Alma Minnie Cauley Diedering. Bill was retired from Civil Service after 25 years of service. He was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church where he was Head Deacon and Treasurer of the church. He helped build Rocky Creek Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son Lonnie Diedering and wife Yvonne of Victoria, Sisters: Ollie Dee Shannon of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; Lucille Victory of Humble, Texas and Evelyn Neslony of Midland, Texas; Grandchildren Debra Kay Phillips, Tami Lynn Norrell and Lonnie Diedering, Jr. and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday May 25, 2010 from 6 to 8 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.
Services will be held 10 AM Wednesday May 26, 2010 from the Rocky Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Bartlett officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2 PM at the Port Lavaca Cemetery in Port Lavaca, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Lonnie Diedering, Jr , Rodney Norrell, Todd Phillips, Jerry Heil, Bruce Thurlkill and Tom Bradley.
Honorary pallbearers will be all other deacons of Rocky Creek Baptist Church.
