She is survived by her husband of 30 years Brian Waters, his parents Everett Waters and Delores Waters, his brother Mark Waters. Their sons Ryan Waters, Raymond Waters, and Justin Waters, brothers Robert Ashby, Daniel Ashby, and Brian Chism, sisters Sheralyn Morris and Alissa Lynch. Uncles Matthew Maher, Patrick Maher, Dennis Maher, and Timothy Maher. Mother Marilyn Chism and many cousins.
Barbara worked for State Farm Insurance since she was 17 .
She balanced work and motherhood with wisdom and love. She will be sorely missed.
Victorville Assembly of God Pastor Josh Gerbrach will conduct a graveside service in her honor at Desert View Memorial Park 11500 Amargosa Road Victorville On Wednesday March 27th 2024 promptly at 10 AM with a luncheon hosted by Marilyn Chism immediately after.
