Billie Earl Harp, age 92, of Apple Valley, California passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020. Billie was born May 15, 1928 in Hale Center, Texas to Olive and Charles Harp.
Burial Services will be held at Riverside National Cemetery at a later date and time.
