Charles Edison Douglas was born December 19, 1948, in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a 1967 graduate of La Mirada High School in California and served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971. After 25 years in Davenport, Nebraska, and armed with a degree in Architectural Drafting, he resided in Apple Valley, California with his wife of 30 years. He went home to be with Jesus January 18, 2026. The Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at The Church for Whosoever, 18628 Seneca Rd, Apple Valley, California, 10:00 AM
