

Charlotte Pauline Beall (Bryant) was born on February 27, 1942, in
Martins Ferry, Ohio; to Park Bywaters Bryant and Dorothy Virginia
Ann Bryant, both of whom preceded her in death. She was the ninth
child in a large and loving family. Charlotte was also preceded in
death by her devoted husband, Gerald “Joe” Beall, Jr. and ten other
beloved siblings—five brothers and five sisters—with whom she
shared an extraordinary bond. Their closeness was something
special that truly had to be witnessed to be understood.
Charlotte leaves behind a legacy of love through her family. She is
survived by her two daughters, Arlette Wheaton and Bridgette Talley;
her son-in-law, Terrell “Terry” Talley; her granddaughters, Briyanna
Talley-Norman (Ronnie Norman) and Aleese Wheaton; and her great
granddaughter, Ayden Norman. She is also survived by her brother,
Charles Bryant, Sr. (Julie Bryant), her foster daughter Shaniece
Hamilton, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Who will always remember her generous heart and cherish her
memory.
Charlotte was a long-time member of the Institute of Divine
Metaphysical Research. She embraced the gospel of Yahshua The
Messiah and our heavenly father [ Yahweh}.
Charlotte’s love for her family and the relationships she built
throughout her life will continue to live on in the hearts of all who
knew and loved her.
