

Dolores Diane Frazier (Riley) was born on August 6, 1951, at Onofrios Hospital in Victorville, California. Throughout her life, Diane was known for her strength, kindness, and unwavering faith. She touched the lives of many as a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Diane's legacy is marked by her commitment to family, her generous spirit, and her ability to inspire those around her with love and encouragement. Her memory continues to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her.
We honor and celebrate the life and memory of Diane, a truly one-of-a-kind soul. The world was fortunate to have her, for it could not have handled two like her. Diane was welcomed into this world by her loving parents, Kathryn Thomas and Robert Thomas Jr., who preceded her in death.
On August 17th, 2025, Diane Frazier (Riley) wife of late husband Darryl Riley, she peacefully went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by family and friends. Throughout her life, she was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Diane was also a cherished sibling to eight brothers and sisters: Martha C. Berryman, Roberta Thomas, Robert W. Thomas III, Aaron V. Thomas, and Earl P. Thomas of Victorville, California. She was preceded in death by three siblings: Gayle McNair, Kathy (Darlene) Thomas, and Harold F. Thomas.
She is survived by her children, Shawna D. Frazier, Deatra Frazier and Twila Martin; her grandsons, Marquis Bowden, TaQuawn Watts and Amir Reed; her granddaughters, Teceon Goodloe, Tabrea Watts, and Kyila Martin; and her great-granddaughter, Shanel Blankenship. Diane Riley was preceded in death by her grandson Malik McGee.
Our entire family celebrates the life and love of our Queen.
Her legacy of love and strength will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
