It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Denise at the age of 69.
Denise was a selfless and kindhearted woman whose life was grounded in faith and service to others. She shared 43 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Ralph, building a life marked by steadfast companionship and commitment.
Quiet and practical, Denise showed she cared through thoughtful gestures and careful attention to detail. She remembered what mattered to those around her and found meaning in the simple moments of everyday life.
One of her greatest joys was gathering those closest to her, especially during the holidays. Through cherished traditions, favorite recipes, and beautifully prepared celebrations, she created a welcoming home where everyone felt included. Her care was evident in every meal she prepared and every detail she arranged.
Denise’s faith in God guided her with humility, kindness, and quiet strength. It shaped the way she served others and remained a steady foundation throughout her life.
She leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Ralph; her mother, Waneta Welch; her brother, Mike Welch; her six children; 15 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She is also survived by extended family and many friends who will feel her absence deeply.
Denise will be remembered as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and mother-in-law who brought warmth and stability to those around her. The
traditions she established, particularly during the holidays, will continue to connect generations and reflect the care she gave so freely.
Her unexpected passing leaves a profound emptiness, but the example she set through faith, generosity, and quiet strength will endure.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
