Geneva Ellis a resident of Barstow for 1 year was called home by the Lord on June 09, 2015. She was born on September 24, 1933 in South Dakota to her parents George and Amelia. Geneva worked for the School District for over 30 years. Geneva was a caring and compassionate individual that always sought out ways to help those in need. The thing that brought Geneva the most joy was the time spent with her family. Family gatherings were always made special. She is survived by her children: daughter Kelly. Also left to cherish the memory of their grandmother are her 9 grandchildren. Geneva will be missed by her family and friends. The services are under the direction of Desert View.
