Born December 13, 1947 and passed away June 14, 2016 after a three year battle with melanoma. Beloved husband, father, grandpa/papa G, brother, uncle, veteran and friend to so many. He is survived by Linda his wife of 37 years, daughters Melanie (Craig) Piper, Katie (Brian) Scarpace, Stephanie (Adam) White, and six grandchildren: Rachel and Grace Piper; Tyler, Luke and Brooklynn Scarpace; and Zachary White. He is also survived by his sister Marjean and brother Steve (Sheryl). His love, wisdom, faith and wonderful sense of humor will always fill our hearts and be missed so much. George is now whole, healed and complete in Jesus. A memorial service will be celebrated on July 7th 11:00 at the Community Church Jess Ranch, in Apple Valley.
