Harold Newton Franks, 82, passed away on May 2, 2015 in Victorville, California. He was born in Colton, California on November 28, 1932 to Jasper and Minnie Frank's. Harold served his country honorably in the US Air Force. He worked as a typesetter in the printing industry. He is survived by his wife Mary; son's Mark E. Franks, Charles E. Franks and Harold C. Franks; daughter Fonda E. Ball and a brother Claude E. Franks along with 4 grandchildren. Harold will be laid to rest at a later date at Riverside National cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, California 92518
