Born on August 20, 1942, in Germany to parents Erich and Hildegard, she brought warmth, strength, and grace to every life she touched. Hildegard later made her home in the United States, where she married the love of her life, Allen Seymour. Together, they shared 32 devoted years of marriage, filled with laughter, love, and countless cherished memories.
She was the proud mother of four sons: John, David, Scott, and Doug, and the cherished grandmother of Zachery, Genevieve, John, and Jaylene. She was also blessed to be the great-grandmother of sweet Savanna.
Hildegard’s passion for life shone through in everything she did. For 15 years, she worked as the Chief Hostess, where her kindness and natural hospitality brought joy to many. A committed volunteer, she gave 10 years of service to Victor Valley Hospital, always offering a comforting presence to those in need.
An avid gardener and a better fisherman than her husband (as she often reminded us with a smile), Hildegard loved the outdoors almost as much as she loved spending time with her family. Her happiest moments were those spent surrounded by her loved ones, creating memories filled with laughter, meals, and shared stories.
Hildegard’s strength, generosity, and humor leave a legacy that will continue in the hearts of all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
