Isabel Nava passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025, at the age of 98. She was a woman of great warmth, known for her love of cooking, gardening, and sewing. She especially enjoyed playing dominoes, and she never turned down a good bowl of soup—her favorite comfort food.
Isabel was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frumencio Santos, and her son, Johnny Nava Santos. She is survived by her son Nick Santos, daughter-in-law Araceli Valario, granddaughter Vanessa Santos, and grandson Giovanni Santos. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Debra Farr, who lovingly cared for Isabel after Johnny’s passing. Isabel’s memory will also be cherished by Pearl Farr Villegas, Alex Villegas, and her great-grandchildren Tristan, Jeremiah, and Antonio.
A celebration of Isabel’s life will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Desert View Funeral Home, located at 11478 Amargosa Road, Victorville, CA 92308.
Her kindness, strength, and loving spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
