Jan passed away peacefully at home. He was a strong man who endured much hardship in his life. He is survived by his Mother Mary Ellen, Wife Nancy, Sons John and Andy, Granddaughter Alysin, Brothers Timothy, Dennis (Linda), Sister Tamara and many beloved nieces nephews and family.
