

Born on January 10, 1955, in Glendale, California, John lived a life centered on family, hard work, kindness, and generosity. He shared 52 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Christine, and together they built a loving family that was the pride and joy of his life.
John worked as a Maintenance Mechanic in the water industry and was known for his strong work ethic, sense of humor, and kind heart. He enjoyed watching sports, camping, spending time at the beach, and being outdoors. Above all else, he treasured time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Chris; his son, Joe Heck (Tabbie); his daughter, Leah Paddack (Billy); and his cherished grandchildren, Jadyn, Taylor, Lacey, Joey, and Nova. John touched countless lives with his kindness, compassion, and friendship, and he will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
A memorial service celebrating John’s life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Victor Valley Christian Church, 11223 Eleventh Avenue, Hesperia, California 92345. Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating his life and sharing memories.
Though he is no longer with us, John’s love, laughter, and the memories he created with family and friends will remain in the hearts of all who knew him forever.
