Josiah was known to family and friends as Jojo or Jobie. Jojo advanced quickly and was soon attending school. He found his first home at Irwin Academy Elementary in Victorville, Ca. This is where he flourished as a student. He was accepted and loved by his teachers, classmates and staff. Mrs. Hale and Mrs. Bimber were two of his favorite teachers. He also attended Yucca Loma Elementary in Apple Valley, Ca. He loved his teacher, Ms. Chong. He also loved going to church at Revelation and Abundant Grace Ministries.
Josiah was kind, smart, funny and laid back. He had a fun and loving personality and was a people magnet. He loved unconditionally and the people he encountered loved him back. Jojo was so forgiving and understanding and loved you no matter what. He loved dancing; video games, Minecraft in particular, and he ultimately loved being himself.
Josiah was preceded in death by his Great Grandmother Elizabeth D. Dyas, the only Great Grandfather he knew, Jeffer “Papa” Wilson, Uncle Jonathan L. Polk, God Grandfather John Earl Wilson, Aunt Tanisha Wilson and his two beloved pet dogs, Bandit and Brownie.
