Julie Cecilia Saenz

Julie Cecilia Saenz, age 69, of La Puente, CA passed away January 1, 2018, in Victorville, CA. A memorial service for Julie will be held Monday, January 15, 2018, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Desert View, 11478 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA 92392

Julie was born in Duarte, CA to Cecil and Irene Lopez on August 29, 1948. Julie attended high school in La Puente where she went to La Puente High School and graduated in 1966.

In 1965 Julie met the love of her life, Pete. They were both married at St. Joseph in La Puente, CA on June 22, 1968.

They bought their first house in 1972 on Flanner St in La Puente, CA. This is where Pete worked at Day and Night. Julie was a homemaker. In addition, they had their three beautiful daughters Zina, Liza, and Angela.

Julie loved planning trips to Mount Rushmore, Canada, and camping. She loved going to amusement parks, especially to Disneyland where she loved to take her daughters.

Julie and Pete took their daughters every Sunday to church at St Frances Catholic Church in Bassett, CA.

Julie is survived by her brother Chris Lopez of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Julie loved her brothers so much. They were her world. On January 11, 2018, Julie's brother Fred Lopez lost his battle with cancer. He is reunited with his sister in heaven.

Julie had three beautiful nieces and six nephews; as well as a number of other close relatives and friends to whom she held close to her heart.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years Pete Ralph Saenz. Her three daughters Zina, Liza, and Angela and her nine grandchildren Armando Estrada Jr., Pete Estrada, Jazmin Estrada, Marissa Gomez, Nicholas Gomez, Emily Gomez, Sarissa Jackson, Raven, and our newest addition JulieAnn.

Now Julie will rest in eternal life with the Lord. Until we meet again.
