Lawrence Alvin Torno, 87, of Kennewick, Washington, passed away on April 10th. He was born near Max, North Dakota, on October 17, 1929. Lawrence served in the US Army during the Korean War. He received an Associate's Degree from North Dakota School of Science, and worked for many years as a Copy Editor for the Worldwide Church of God, in Pasadena, California. After retirement, Lawrence moved to Kennewick, Washington, where he enjoyed fixing and riding bicycles. He is survived by his son, Shawn, daughter in law, Alina, their two daughters Caitlyn and Lauren, and his sister, Eleanor.
