Marco G. Macam, age 56, was blessed with his entrance into Heaven on November 9, 2018, at home with his loving father by his side. He was born July 19, 1962 in Los Angeles, to the loving parents of Bernie and Lucy Macam. Marco had one brother with whom he shared many of his childhood memories with. He also grew up with his life-long best friend Gina Estrada. They were an inseparable pair, shared many moments together, and loved each other like only best friends could. Marco was a 1980 graduate of La Habra High School and attended Fullerton College. His cheerful demeanor served him well when he worked as a front desk clerk at the Magic Carpet/Magic Lamp hotels near Disneyland and later in life as a customer service representative for Wickes and La-Z-Boy furniture stores. Marco lived a life of service, generosity, and thoughtfulness. He was always tending to the needs of others or giving of himself, and always with a warm smile. He has a deep love and affection for his sweet fur-babies, Abbey and Dolly. Marco’s interests included fashion, jewelry, dancing, music, hand-made gifts, baking, his car, trips to Las Vegas, friends and family. He is loved by all who were fortunate to know him and will always be known for his kindness and his infectious laugh and smile. Marco Gregg Macam is survived by his father Bernamen Macam, his brother and sister-in-law Bernamen Jr and Lisa, and his nephews Devin, Joseph, and Cameron Macam.
