
Peggy was a devoted mother to Anna Sproule (James), Daniel Yousef, Sarah Yousef, Kevin Yousef, Kyle Yousef, Amber Yousef, Katherine Yousef, and Angel Johnson. Through both birth and adoption, she built the family she so deeply cherished and loved each of her children unconditionally. She was a cherished grandmother to seven grandchildren; Meghan Sproule, Bradley Sproule, Ashlynn Sproule (Tanner Dudasch), James Sproule Jr, Jolena Willis, Alyssa Willis, and Adrian. In addition she was the proud great-grandmother to one great-grand daughter, Oakley Dudasch.
Peggy shared a special and enduring friendship with Belinda Willis, whose companionship, laughter, and unwavering support brought great joy and comfort to both of their lives.
The oldest of six children, Peggy was a beloved sister to Dan Carroll (Maureen), Mary Dewlin (Barry), Kathleen Euler (Rick), and Tom Carroll. She was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Carroll (Cindy).
She was also preceded in death by her sons, Daniel Yousef and Kyle Yousef, and by her parents, James Daniel Carroll and Jeanne Carroll.
Throughout her life, Peggy served as a daughter, sister, aunt, teacher, therapist, foster mother, mentor, and faithful friend. She was known for her kindness, generosity, and willingness to help anyone in need. Her compassion and belief in the goodness of others touched many lives and created a lasting legacy for her family and community.
Peggy will be remembered for her unconditional love, quiet strength, and welcoming heart. Her influence lives on in the lives she touched and in the family she treasured so deeply.

In accordance with Peggy’s wishes, no funeral or memorial service will be held. Her family asks that those who wish to honor her memory do so by extending kindness to others and carrying forward the love, compassion, and generosity that she so freely shared throughout her life.
