

It is with heavy hearts, our family shares the news of the peaceful passing of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Maria Aguilera, on September 22nd, 2024, at the age of 86. Born on September 14th, 1938, in Texas. Maria married her soulmate, Daniel Aguilera. Together, they raised 6 children, welcoming 17 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, as well as 25 great-great-grandchildren over their 70 years of marriage.
Maria brought joy and warmth to everyone around her, especially her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted mother, and wife, loving her family fiercely and generously. Maria cherished traveling with Daniel and their family, and her adventures with him are fondly remembered. She had a unique gift for making others feel loved, supported, and comforted. She was and will continue to be loved dearly.
Maria is preceded in death by her beloved son Robert and beloved grandson Robert. She is survived by her devoted husband, Daniel Aguilera, and her children Morey (Rosie), (Karen), Teresa (Jimmy), Sally, Lisa (Jim), Laura (Noel), along with her grandchildren Daniel (Gretta), Collette (Lee), Danette, Joann (Manny), Adria (Ryan), Elissa, Kristin , Anthony (Alexandra), Jade, Joshua, Nathan, Scott (Lina), Jonathan (Trisha), Jordan (Marina), Jared, Christian (Sara), as well as her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She will be remembered with a viewing on October 8th for immediate family. Mass will be held October 9th at Holy Family at 10 am, immediately followed by her celebration of life and burial will be held at Desert View Memorial Park.
