Ralph is survived by his son Michael Bell; and his son Matthew Bell.
A graveside for Ralph will be held Friday, December 15, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Desert View Memorial Park, 11500 AMARGOSA RD, VICTORVILLE, CA 92392.
