Mr. Ralph Eugene Sager

Ralph Eugene Sager – “Gene” 75 years old of Hesperia, California, went to be with the Lord and his two brothers Wednesday evening, 7pm, August 27th, 2014 after a long struggle with Dementia disease. His family and friends affectionately knew him as “Gene”. Gene was born in Michigan, February 14th 1939, and was married and together with Reba Mansell since 1963. Three sons, five daughters, nine grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren survive him. Gene Sager enjoyed golfing and was excellent at playing shuffleboard, shooting pool and loved playing cards regularly with family and friends. Gene worked at Consolidated Freightways in Mira Loma and Santa Fe Springs California for nearly forty years as a freight handler and was an expert forklift operator. He was known, as a Gentle Giant by his co-workers. Gene was truly the Best Husband, Dad, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle, Father-In-Law, Brother, Son, Brother-In-Law, Friend and Co-Worker Anyone Could Ever Have! Gene was a Very Loving, and a Very Generous man. He is loved and Missed by hundreds of family members and friends. May God rest his soul and keep him near.
