Regina Renee Cotton was born May 18, 1970, to Reginald and Stephanie Benson in Los Angeles, California.
Regina worked for the County of San Bernardino for 28 years and was a Social Worker II for the past 13.
As a social worker, Regina enjoyed helping others in their time of need. She was a loving daughter, sister and wife who always looked out for the better of other people.
Regina married Bryan Cotton and two children were born from this union, Malik and Tiara.
Regina attended Washington Preparatory High School in Los Angeles, California where she graduated as one of three Valedictorian in 1988. She went on to attend San Jose State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration in 1993.
Regina was survived by her mother Stephanie Benson, Uncles Charlie Benson and James Carter II. Children Malik and Tiara. Sister Karla and Brother Stephen. By nieces Makyla, Janece and Danielle. By nephew Drayton and a host of many other loving relatives and cherished friends.
A funeral service for Regina will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A visitation will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Victor Valley, 15609 11th Street, Victorville, CA 92392. A graveside will occur Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.
