Rob was certainly special, I'll FOREVER remember our conversation in Tammy's garage, just 2 weeks before his passing.....Tammy was ALWAYS the one, his queen, he loved her and Bobby more than anything in this world. I've known this family for 20 yrs,  Rob had always kept to himself, so when he talked to me about how much his family meant to him and with tears in his eyes, which I knew was very hard for him to do because he has never been that person who expressed feelings so openly like that,  it  was an honor that he felt comfortable and trusted me with something so personal.  Rob will be missed.  His beautiful soul will never be forgotten.  Rest in peace my friend. 🕊🏁🕊🏁🕊


Our thoughts and prayers are with Tammy, Bobby & family. Our families have a lifelong history together. Racing was the common denominator which started with our great grandfathers, grandfathers, fathers, and uncles. As kids, our paths crossed on and off the race track as we grew up in separate families with one common passion, racing! As adults, Rob continued those racing memories with his brothers and son. Whether it was RC racing or Nascar, racing was and will be the memories that bring me back to remembering Rob. I can still see him standing with his arms folded across his chest with a big smile, just watching and enjoying being in the moment. He was kind and no matter how much time had passed when we saw each other, it always felt like it was just yesterday when we talked. Rob was a young man when he watched my father and uncle race and was always willing to share stories of those days with my sister and me. I believe Rob is looking down and will continue to be remembered through his son, Bobby. He was always so proud of him and I know he will forever be his guardian angel. Rob was and will continue to influence Bobby's life. He was a kind and instilled the same in his son.  A couple of years ago my young ten year old son was in the pits with his grandpa and Bobby was there to help his Uncles at LV Motor Speedway for a weekend of racing. I hadn't seen Bobby for many years and he had never met my son, Noah. But, just like his dad, Bobby had that big welcoming smile, gave me a big hug and proceeded to make my son feel like he was a part of the crew from the minute we arrived.  Bobby reminded me of Rob, happy to explain what he was doing with the gas cans, tire jacks and let him help change a tire and then took him to the race trailer, gave him a Pepsi and Sandwich from the cooler, all at the same time sharing racing stories with my son. Bobby is a chip off the old block and it is through him Rob will live on and continue being in all our memories.
