Rollins H. Hassler (better known as "Bob") passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 84. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was a plumber by trade and a general contractor. In his younger days, he loved hunting and fishing. In his later years, he enjoyed watching wildlife on the lake behind his home.
Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife, Benett Hassler, in March of 2022. He is survived by his daughters, Shelly Rehm-Apfel of Hesperia, Deanna and Richard Wainwright of Apple Valley, and Terri and Dennis Mullen of Apple Valley; grandchildren Shaunna Unterburger, Shannon Healy, Briana Salazar, and Chase Mullen; And great grandchildren Sage Nelson and Kylie Healy.
A burial service at Desert View Memorial Park will be held for both Bob and Benett Hassler of Friday, November 8, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research hospital in honor of Rollins H. and Benett Hassler.
