Serafin Sanchez Salazar, 66, of Hesperia, California, passed away on March 18, 2017. He was born in Mexico on March 22, 1950. Serafin graduated from the University of California Riverside with a masters in Public Administration. He was married to Celia Aguirre Salazar on March 4, 1983. Serafin worked as a General Contractor for Triple S Construction. He was a member of the first graduating class of Apple Valley High School, and had a passion for sports throughout his life. He is survived by his wife Celia, sons Victor Salazar, Gabriel Salazar, Erik Salazar, and Serafin Salazar Jr., grandchildren Abraham Salazar, Nathaniel Salazar, and Joshua Salazar, and siblings Joe Salazar, Jesus Salazar, Pascual Salazar, Dolores Valenzuela, and Maria Bayes.
