Judith Linton Laughlin, age 82, of Vinton, Louisiana gained her Angel wings on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Judith was born on April 23, 1938 to Zora and Julia Linton.

Judy was a lady of great Faith, a heart of gold, and she would help anyone in need. Judy loved gardening and spending time outdoors. After her husband retired they opened Uncle Pie's Sausage and Boudin Shop in Sulphur where she did the cooking!

Judy is now reunited in Heaven with her husband, Clifford, her parents, nine siblings, James, Martha, Harold, Bibb, Virginia, Mary, Parker, Elan, and Eugene, and a niece, Donna Sue Benoit who have all preceded her in death.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son Mikel Laughlin of Chicago, IL; daughter, Michelle Laughlin Ishee of Vinton, LA; sister-in-law, Joyce Hayes of Sulphur; nephew, Ricky Hayes of Lafayette, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 28, 2021 in Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton.

Judith's wishes were to be cremated and a Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 28, 2021 in Hixson Funeral Home Chapel of Vinton. Celebrant, Jody Barrilleaux and Rev. Russell Beard will lead services.
